About us
About Real Estate Agent Shafter
A California-licensed agent for homes, farm ground, commercial space, leases and exchanges, who shows you the numbers behind every price.
Why We Do It This Way
Real Estate Agent Shafter started from a simple idea: people make better decisions when they can see the numbers. Too many sellers are handed a list price with no explanation. Too many buyers write offers without knowing what similar property actually sold for. And too many escrows wobble because nobody was watching the contingency dates.
So the work is built around three habits. Price from comparable sales and show every comp. Write down the client's goals before negotiating, then hold every counter up against them. Track each deadline, disclosure and document from the day escrow opens until the day it closes.
Those habits apply whether the property is a house in town, an orchard outside it, a commercial building with tenants or a property being sold as part of a 1031 exchange. The details change. The approach does not.
What We Set Out to Do
Every client should understand their deal well enough to explain it to someone else. That means plain answers about price, terms, fees and deadlines, clear disclosure of who we represent and advice that puts the client's goals ahead of a quick signature.
